By accessing or using Castolly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Castolly is a platform that helps podcast creators automatically generate content from their episodes, including social media posts, show notes, blog articles, video clips, and more.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload and the content generated through the Service. Castolly does not claim ownership over your podcasts, transcripts, or generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have rights to
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Usage Limits & Billing

Free and paid plans have usage limits (transcription minutes, exports, etc.). Exceeding limits may require an upgrade. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Castolly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
